  • Publication number: 20230306887
Abstract: A display device includes a data line, a pixel electrically connected to the data line, a data driver for outputting a data voltage, and a transmitter electrically connected between an output terminal of the data driver and the data line. The transmitter may transmit an instance of the data voltage to the data line in a first period. The transmitter may amplify a second instance of the data voltage to generate a reference voltage and then transmit the reference voltage to the data line in a second period different from the first period. The pixel includes a light emitting element for emitting light in response to the first instance of the data voltage. A voltage level of the reference voltage may be higher than a voltage level of the data voltage.

  • Patent number: 11670237
Abstract: A display device includes a display unit, a scan driver, and a data driver. The display unit includes pixels coupled to scan lines, sensing scan lines, data lines, and sensing lines. The scan driver supplies a scan signal to the scan lines, and supplies a sensing scan signal to the sensing scan lines. The data driver supplies an image data voltage to the data lines, and detects sensing values of the pixels on a pixel column basis through the sensing lines during a sensing period. The data driver includes an analog-to-digital converter which converts the detected sensing values into digital data during the sensing period and outputs sensing data. The analog-to-digital converter pauses the detection of the sensing values during a first period of the sensing period.

  • Patent number: 9013390
Abstract: A gate driver includes stages coupled to each other and outputting gate signals. Each stage includes a node driver, a pull-up unit, a node controller, a first node stabilizer, and a pull-down unit. The node driver outputs a first voltage or a second voltage to a first node in response to a first or a second input signal. The pull-up unit pulls an output terminal to high in response to a voltage of the first node. The node controller outputs an on-voltage to a second node in response to a first clock signal from a third node or a second clock signal from a fourth node. The first node stabilizer stabilizes the first node to an off-voltage in response to a voltage of the second node. The pull-down unit pulls the output terminal to low in response to the voltage of the second node or the second input signal.
