The method includes receiving an input related to the profile item, and displaying a visual effect corresponding to the input on the screen.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for measuring air currents on the surface of a substrate, which can accurately measure the magnitude and direction of air currents on the surface of a wafer with wafer-type air current measurement sensors, are provided. The apparatus includes: a first air current measurement module measuring a magnitude of air currents on a surface of a first substrate, which is processed in accordance with a semiconductor manufacturing process; a second air current measurement module measuring a movement direction of the air currents; and a power module supplying power to the first and second air current measurement modules, wherein the first air current measurement module, the second air current measurement module, and the power module are mounted on a second substrate, which has the same shape as the first substrate.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method of controlling a server for managing movement schedules of a plurality of robots. The control method includes receiving an occupancy request for at least one node matching a scheduled moving route from at least one of the plurality of robots; setting actually occupied nodes and provisionally occupied nodes of each of the plurality of robots based on the occupancy request; and transmitting occupancy permission information including the set actually occupied node and provisionally occupied node to each of the plurality of robots. In the setting of the actually occupied node and the provisionally occupied node, the actually occupied nodes and the provisionally occupied nodes of each of the plurality of robots are selected so that an actually occupied node of one robot does not overlap an actually occupied node or a provisionally occupied node of another robot.

Abstract: A negative electrode for a lithium secondary battery and a method of manufacturing the negative electrode including a negative electrode current collector and a negative electrode mixture layer on at least one surface of the current collector. The negative electrode is manufactured by controlling a static water contact angle of a surface of a negative electrode current collector and an contact angle formed by an end portion of a negative electrode mixture layer and the negative electrode current collector, within a specific range by treating the surface of the negative electrode current collector with atmospheric pressure plasma. The adhesion between the negative electrode current collector and the negative electrode mixture layer may be improved, and the induction of a reversal of an N/P ratio between a positive electrode and a negative electrode in an electrode assembly and the occurrence of unrolling in the negative electrode mixture layer may be prevented.
