Abstract: A semiconductor device comprising: a lower insulating layer; a field insulating layer on the lower insulating layer; an upper insulating layer on the field insulating layer; a first through via in the upper insulating layer; a second through via in the field insulating layer; and a third through via in the lower insulating layer, wherein the second through via is connected to the first and third through vias, and wherein a width of a top surface of the second through via is greater than a width of a bottom surface of the first through via, a width of a bottom surface of the second through via is greater than a width of a top surface of the third through via, and a width of a middle portion of the second through via is greater than the widths of the top surface and the bottom surface of the second through via.

Abstract: Provided herein is an electrically operated bicycle including a first frame, a second frame coupled to the first frame and including a seat, a first axle frame supporting a front axle connected to a front wheel and rotatably connected to one end of the first frame, a second axle frame supporting a rear axle connected to a rear wheel, a driving member configured to apply a driving force to at least one of the front wheel and the rear wheel, a battery pack electrically connected to the driving member, and an engagement member coupled to the battery pack and configured to fix the battery pack to at least one of the first frame and the second frame.

Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention may provide a folding bicycle comprising: a front frame connected to a front wheel; a rear frame connected to a rear wheel; an upper frame connected to a first end of the rear frame and formed to be foldable; a pedal frame connected to a second end of the rear frame; and a first hinge unit interposed between the first and of the rea frame and the upper frame and hinge-connected to the first end of the rear frame, wherein, when the bicycle is folded, the rear frame rotates towards the front frame with regard to the first hinge unit.
