Specifically, the present invention provides the use of the cationic cellulose polymer for imparting flexibility to hair, skin, or fiber, the use for cumulatively adsorbing active ingredients onto hair, skin, or fiber by allowing the active ingredients to be bound to the cationic cellulose polymer, the use for transferring active ingredients to hair, skin, or fiber by allowing the active ingredients to be bound to the cationic cellulose polymer, and the use of the cationic cellulose polymer, a crosslinking-mediating component having a carboxyl group or amine group, and a carbodiimide-based compound for preventing the loss of hair, skin, or fiber components.

Abstract: A seat back frame for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a frame body consisting of a thermoplastic fiber reinforced composite material; a reinforcing agent joined to the inside of the frame body; and a cover sheet joined to the outside of the frame body. According to the present invention, the frame is lightweight while maintaining rigidity and strength like a steel frame, and a cover sheet is joined thereto, thereby enabling a board which is further joined to the seat back frame to be omitted, which leads to the achievement of a slimmed and fabric-integrated seat back frame for a vehicle. Also, a cover sheet is joined to a body frame by using a vacuum adsorption scheme, which leads to the achievement of a method for manufacturing a seat back frame for a vehicle having improved joining force and increased merchantability.

Herein, the service multiplexer generates an RS frame having the size of N (row)×187 (column) bytes including at least one type of mobile service data, packetizes the RS frame into a plurality of mobile service data packets, and multiplexes the packetized mobile service data packets with a main service data packet at a predetermined data rate, thereby transmitting the multiplexed data packets. Herein, each mobile service data packet is configured of a TS header and a data region, and the data region is configured of at least one of a payload region and an adaptation field region.
