    Abstract: Disclosed are a method and device for performing a sensing procedure in a wireless LAN system. According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a method for performing a sensing procedure by a first station (STA) in a wireless LAN system comprises the steps of: receiving, from a second STA, a sensing measurement report control field comprising channel width and subcarrier grouping setting; and transmitting, to the second STA, a CSI with respect to the channel width on the basis of the subcarrier grouping setting, wherein, on the basis of which the channel width is 160 MHz and the subcarrier grouping setting value is 8, a plurality of subcarriers associated with the CSI may include every eighth subcarrier in the range of subcarrier index ?1012 to ?12 and every eighth subcarrier in the range of subcarrier index 12 to 1012.

The sensing NDPA frame includes a sounding dialogue token field and a special STA information field including common information related to sensing measurement for a plurality of STAs, the special STA information field is positioned after the sounding dialogue token field and, in order to identify the sensing NDPA frame, the value of an NDP announcement transformation subfield of the sounding dialogue token field can be set to 10 and the AID value of the special STA information field can be set to a predetermined value.

    Abstract: Chimeric antigen receptor-transduced T cells (CAR-T cells) show a remarkable efficacy for some hematological malignancies. However, CAR targets are restricted to a few antigens primarily due to on-target off-tumor toxicities of CAR-T cells. Although several strategies were proposed to avoid on-target off-tumor toxicities, most of them use complicated designs including dual gene expression for specificity. In this study, we show that switchable CAR immune cells (e.g., CAR-T cells) with a tumor-targeting adaptor can mitigate on-target off-tumor toxicity against the tumor antigen that cannot be targeted with conventional CAR immune cells due to this toxicity, such as CD40 and CS1. Therefore, a switchable CAR system is a valuable tool to control CAR-T cell toxicity while maintaining therapeutic efficacy, which enables CAR anti-tumor target expansion.
