A method of preparing the conductive composite material comprises ionizing carbon-based particles in a predetermined polarity, ionizing PTFE particles in a polarity different from that of the carbon-based particles, and chemically bonding the ionized carbon-based particles and the ionized PTFE particles, which are ionized in different polarities, to each other.

The terminal may directly connect to another terminal and receive data therefrom. The received data is synchronized with the terminal. If the received data does not suit the playback environment of the terminal, a playback tool or conversion tool may be received from a server.
