A video may also be divided into macroblocks at a position spaced apart from a corner of the video by a predetermined offset and each of the macroblocks is encoded. Accordingly, interaction between the MPEG data receiving apparatus and the MPEG data providing apparatus is enabled. Effective results are obtainable under a narrow bandwidth environment by reducing an amount of SDI transmitted from the providing apparatus.
