The knowledge-based service system includes a display apparatus configured to receive a query from a user, and a knowledge-based service server configured to receive the query from the display apparatus, determine whether a word that is included in the received query is at least one among an entity and an attribute, and transmit, to the display apparatus, an answer to the query based on a result of the determination.

Abstract: A voice dialog system and a voice dialog method that generate and use humorous speech are disclosed. The voice dialog system includes a speech analysis unit that analyzes a user's intention by receiving user speech and converting the user speech into text, a humorous speech generation unit that generates humorous speech using a core word or an abbreviated word included in the user speech based on the user's intention, a chatting speech generation unit that generates chatting speech as a response corresponding to the user's intention, and a final speech selection unit that selects final speech from among the humorous speech and the chatting speech. Thus, a user is provided with humorous speech so that the user does not feel bored and has fun using the chatting dialog system.

Abstract: A high efficiency solar battery using a fluorescent substance to efficiently use incident light and thereby improve conversion efficiency. The solar battery of the present invention comprises: a front part including a front electrode and configured to receive light; a generating part disposed behind the front part to generate electricity from specific wavelengths of light incident through the front part; and a rear part disposed behind the generating part and comprising a rear electrode, wherein a first fluorescent substance is dispersed in the front part so as to absorb light having wavelengths different from the specific wavelengths, convert the absorbed light into light having the specific wavelengths, and output the converted light.

Abstract: A built-off test (BOT) device includes a signal processing block, an output selection block and a signal control block. The signal processing block duplicates a test signal to apply a plurality of duplicated test signals to each of a plurality of devices under test (DUTs) through each of corresponding channels, and the signal processing block provides a plurality of decision signals based upon a plurality of test result signals received from each of the DUTs. The output selection block merges the decision signals as a final decision signal or sequentially outputs the decision signals as the final decision signal, in response to an output mode selection signal. The signal control block provides the test signal to the signal processing block or provides the final decision signal externally, in response to a first switching control signal.
