    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery pack including a battery cell array in which a plurality of battery cells are arranged in a state in which side surfaces thereof face each other, a heater disposed between the battery cells, a battery management system (BMS) configured to control an operation of the battery cells, and a temperature sensor configured to measure a temperature of the battery cells to transmit the measured temperature to the BMS. Here, when the temperature of the battery cells, which is measured from the temperature sensor, is equal to or less than a critical temperature, the BMS provides a current to the heater to increase the temperature of the battery cells.

The field emission point part faces the first anode and is disposed at a first surface of and electrically connected to the cathode. The charge storing plate is disposed at a second surface, opposite the first surface, of the cathode. The second anode faces the second surface of the cathode. The charge storing plate is interposed between the second anode and the second surface of the cathode. Even if substantially the same electric field is formed in the field emitter as in a field emitter without the charge storing plate, the field emitter having the charge storing plate induces a more effective field emission current than the field emitter without the charge storing plate.

    Abstract: A wireless terminal includes a camera for shooting an image when the wireless terminal is set to a camera mode, and outputting the shot image data in units of a frame. An image processor outputs video frames from the camera in a predetermined number per unit time, and generates and outputs a synchronization signal for the output video frames. A pulse generator generates a predetermined converted pulse to scale down a frame frequency of a vertical synchronization signal of the synchronization signal at a predetermined ratio. A converter generates and outputs a converted vertical synchronization signal where the frame frequency of the vertical synchronization signal is converted at a predetermined ratio. A controller adjusts the number of video frames input from the image processor in a predetermined number per unit time, and controls the adjusted frames to be displayed on a display unit.
