The display device includes a first base portion, a second base portion facing the first base portion, a light emitting layer disposed on one surface of the first base portion and emitting first light, a first wavelength conversion pattern disposed on the light emitting layer and converting the first light into second light having a different wavelength from the first light, a first color filter overlapping the first wavelength conversion pattern on one surface of the second base portion and spaced apart from the first wavelength conversion pattern, and an air layer interposed between the first wavelength conversion pattern and the first color filter.

Abstract: Provided is a forceps driving apparatus including a body, a gripper installed to be received in the body and formed to be open and closed, an opening and closing member rotatably installed in the body to press or release two sides of the gripper by rotation, an elastic member connected to one side of the opening and closing member to provide an elastic force to the opening and closing member, an actuator connected to the other side of the opening and closing member to rotate the opening and closing member by contraction or extension, and a force sensing module to measure a gripping force of the gripper during the rotation of the opening and closing member.

Abstract: A broadcast receiving apparatus and a broadcast receiving method in which a tuned broadcast and previous broadcasts of broadcast channels not tuned are provided on a single broadcast screen, are provided. The broadcast receiving apparatus stores separately, for each regular time interval, previous broadcasts provided on tunable broadcast channels, and combines a broadcast currently provided on a broadcast channel, selected by a user to be tuned, with at least one of the previously stored broadcasts to generate a single broadcast screen. Therefore, various broadcast screens may be simultaneously displayed on a single screen without increasing the number of tuners, and thus a user may view various broadcasts at the same time.

Abstract: A broadcast receiving apparatus and a broadcast receiving method are provided, for providing a time-shift function using an external storage medium. An amount of a previous broadcast corresponding to a predetermined period of time, which is required for providing the previous broadcast of a point in time previous to the current point in time, is selectively and temporarily stored in one of an internal storage medium and an external storage medium connected to an interface. Accordingly, the number of storages of the internal storage medium can be reduced, thereby increasing the lifespan of the internal storage medium.

The video recording method includes generating a predetermined number of Group of Pictures (GOP) into a single file, and storing the generated file, and storing the name of the file. Accordingly, use of storage space due to index file is avoided, and failure of high-speed playback due to a damaged index file is prevented.
