  • Publication number: 20240030866
Abstract: There is disclosed a system for monitoring performance of a performance monitoring system for a solar power plant. The system quantifies at least one loss in solar energy generation using data generated from a plurality of inverters in the solar power plant. The system comprises a data collection module for collecting data from the plurality of inverters and at least one weather station, over a time duration; a data processing module for analysing the collected data and segregating the losses, wherein the data processing module, when in operation, implements at least one model to segregate and quantify the losses; and a ticketing module for generating a maintenance ticket for a low-performing inverter from the plurality of inverters. Specifically, the data processing module compares at least one attribute of at least two inverters from the plurality of inverters for determining actual power losses.

  • Publication number: 20070043558
Abstract: The present invention relates to a resource allocation method, network controller device and a switching control device allocating resources to a subscriber of a communication network, wherein at least one allowed codec type is selected for the subscriber based on a relative priority information received from the communication network, e.g., from the switching control device (40). The selected at least one allowed codec type is signaled towards a terminal device (10) of the subscriber. Thereby, priority-based user differentiation can be introduced to provide different quality of service based on the allocated relative priority. This allows maintaining high quality services even in high load or low signal strength environments.

  • Publication number: 20020052551
Abstract: The present invention provides systems and methods for screening and tracking ophthalmic disease in a plurality of patients. The invention includes a screening subsystem comprising a non-mydriatic camera for obtaining digital images of eyes of the patients, a central database for storing the digital images of the eyes of patients as well as patient demographic data and related health data, and a central server comprising a computer which executes retinopathy grading algorithms, wherein the retinopathy grading algorithms recognize and assign a grade to ophthalmic disease present in the digital eye image and store the results in the central database.
