  • Publication number: 20220040303
Abstract: Provided herein are compositions including biocompatible magnetizeable nanoparticles. The nanoparticles have a diameter (average diameter) from about 10 to about 300 nanometers and are biocompatible and magnetic. The nanoparticles may be a disc formed from iron oxide. The disc may be conjugated to a target-binding moiety capable of binding a target. The target may be cancer cells, pathogens, fat cells, or atherosclerotic plaques.

  • Publication number: 20210142255
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a system for automatically identifying and mapping interaction attributes to generate custom assessment functionality. The system is configured for identifying one or more interaction channels associated with an entity, gathering flow sets associated with the one or more interaction channels, identifying one or more segments associated with the one or more interaction channels based on the flow sets, mapping one or more attributes with the one or more segments, and generating an assessment functionality based on mapping the one or more attributes with the one or more segments.

  • Patent number: 7689557
Abstract: This invention provides a method and system for analyzing and deriving analytical insights from textual information. The information structuration process determines the structure in which the text information is rendered. A cyclical extraction process using the parameters of co-frequency, co-dependency, and co-relatedness and parts of speech, determines various textual aspects and their subcomponents such as themes and dimensions. Using the subcomponents of the textual aspects, relationship maps are built, disambiguated and ranked. A text analytics and decision support matrix is created using the ranked relations, thereby providing a highly relevant result set to the user's information need. A multidimensional navigation matrix is created that helps a user navigate across dimensions.

  • Publication number: 20060149055
Abstract: A process for obtaining cefpodoxime proxetil of formula (I), of high purity conforming to pharmacopoeial specifications is disclosed. The process comprises addition of a solution of methanesulfonic acid in water to a solution of impure cefpodoxime proxetil of formula (I) in an organic solvent to form the corresponding cefpodoxime proxetil methanesulfonate of formula (II1), followed by addition of a co-solvent and separation of the aqueous phase containing cefpodoxime proxetil methanesulfonate of formula (II1) having a diastereomeric ratio of (R/R+S) between 0.5 to 0.6 and subsequent neutralization of the methaneulfonate salt (II1) with a base to give cefpodoxime proxetil (I) free of impurities and having a diastereomeric ratio of (R/R+S) between 0.5 to 0.

  • Patent number: 6846952
Abstract: A process for producing 4-bromo-2-oxyimino butyric acid, predominantly as the (Z)-isomer of formula (I), wherein R is hydrogen; a linear or branched C1-4 alkyl group; a linear or branched C1-4 alkyl group substituted by a carboxylic acid or an aryl group; a substituted or unsubstituted cyclic alkyl group of 3-6 carbon atoms or a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group. The product is produced by reacting bromine with a 2-(oxyimino)-3-oxo butyric acid derivative of formula (II) wherein R is as defined above and R1 is a tert-butyl group in presence of an organic solvent and in presence of a C1-4 alcohol and acetyl bromide at a temperature ranging from about ?15° C. to about +15° C. Bromine is used in a proportion of about 0.90 to about 1.35 moles per mole of compound (II), preferably 0.90 to 1.10 moles. The acetyl bromide is used in molar proportions of 0.9 to 2 moles per mole of compound (II), preferably 0.9 to 1.5 moles.
