  • Patent number: 12359569
Abstract: A turbine blade includes a root, tip, and airfoil. The turbine blade defines a serpentine interior passage having first through third legs, and first and second junctions. The first leg receives pressurized gas from a supply channel of the root. The first leg extends radially and the first junction connects it to the second leg proximate the tip. The second leg extends radially between the first and second junctions. The second junction connects the second and third legs. The third leg extends radially toward the tip. The tip defines cooling apertures open through a pressure side thereof. The cooling apertures include a forward aperture with a forward end opening into the first junction and an aftward end opening through the pressure side surface of the tip at a location that is radially outward of the third leg and axially aftward of at least a portion of the third leg.

  • Patent number: 11782948
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer media for visualizing data are provided herein. The described examples allow one-dimensional data visualizations generated using visualization tools and backend components to be displayed in response to a request to view data that includes one or more sets of Cartesian columns. A data visualization request can specify data for inclusion in a data visualization and properties for the visualization, including transpose factors for data sources. The data sources having transpose factors can be cloned to represent respective combinations of the data source with each transpose factor, and then joined to other cloned or non-cloned data sources to generate the resulting one-dimensional visualization.

  • Patent number: 11087230
Abstract: A device receives an optimization problem and a target value and input data for the optimization problem, and specifies constraints for the optimization problem based on the input data. The device identifies an optimization space for the optimization problem based on the constraints and the input data, and divides the optimization space into sub-regions based on the constraints and the input data. The device performs optimizations of a set of the sub-regions, and determines a respective distance of each sub-region, of the set of the sub-regions, from the target value. The device selects a particular sub-region that is a shortest distance from the target value, and selects a vector from the particular sub-region. The device executes the optimization problem using the vector as an initial parameter and to generate results, and utilizes the results to recommend one or more decisions or modify a process.

  • Patent number: 10737265
Abstract: A device and methodology for concomitant ejection and suction of a perfusate (CESOP) within a region of interest without spillover of the perfusate to a juxtaposed anatomical region. An inflow line, connected to a perfusate cistern, is coupled to an outflow line, connected to outflow control mechanisms, via an elongate rigid support. Perfusate can flow through the inflow line to the region of interest, and nearly simultaneously, the outflow line can suction the perfusate out of the region of interest. The amount of time that the perfusate remains in the region of interest is sufficient to take effect in the region of interest. The rigid support helps control the inflow and outflow lines. A micromanipulator can also be used to control the lines and application tip thereof. Either or both lines may also have adjustable flow rates therethrough and may include stoppers/regulators.
