  • Patent number: 11873931
Abstract: An improved quick connector is provided. The quick connector includes an assembly check that is partially received within an input end of a connector body. The assembly check includes a pull tab and a shielding portion. Upon insertion of a male connector within the input end of the connector body, assembly check retracts from the input end of the connector body and can be manually removed via the pull tab. Once removed from the connector body, a machine readable verification indicia can be read. The verification indicia is visible on an underside of the shielding portion or visible on the connector body once the shielding portion is removed.

  • Patent number: 11137751
Abstract: A method for estimating life of a component includes obtaining fracture data corresponding to a component. The fracture data includes a first dataset corresponding to a threshold region where the crack in the component is dormant below a fatigue threshold. The method further includes determining initial estimates of parameters of a crack growth rate model and parameters of temperature models corresponding to the crack growth rate model based on the fracture data. The method also includes computing optimized parameters of temperature models corresponding to the crack growth rate model, and a scatter parameter via simulation of a joint optimization method using the initial estimates. The method includes determining a cumulative distribution function based on the optimized parameters and the scatter parameter and estimating life of the component based on the cumulative distribution function.

  • Publication number: 20180150562
Abstract: A system and computer-implemented method for automatically extracting and analyzing data from one or more data sources is provided. The system comprises a platform manager configured to provide options for configuring rules for data extraction. The system further comprises a web scraping and crawling module configured to extract data from one or more data sources by executing one or more data extraction jobs using the configured rules. Furthermore, the system comprises an information extraction engine configured to analyze the extracted data by performing one or more analytical operations, decipher the analyzed data using pre-stored vocabularies and classify the deciphered data. The information extraction engine further configured to convert at least one of: the analyzed data, the deciphered data and the classified data to one or more formats for use by at least one of: one or more enterprise applications, enterprise portals and one or more communication channels.

  • Patent number: 6414593
Abstract: A self-cancelling turn signal mechanism for use with a vehicle such as a motorcycle turned primarily by tilting or banking into a turn. The self-cancelling turn signal mechanism includes an inertia switch with a continuous curved track and a contact-closing member freely slidable therein, sliding from a rest position in the center of the track to either end of the track when a true turn is initiated. The ends of the track and the inertia switch include contact members which, when contacted by the contact-closing member, deliver a turn-confirming signal to a control module which generates a simple time delay cancel signal to cancel a previously activated turn signal after a predetermined amount of time has elapsed.
