  • Publication number: 20260170251
Abstract: The method of contextualized skill extraction from electronic documents. The method includes receiving, via user interface, electronic document from user device. The method further includes generating plurality of words in the electronic document using pre-trained embedding model. The method further includes generating plurality of second embeddings from the plurality of first embeddings based on weighted averaging operation using first ANN layer. The method further includes generating plurality of contextualized embeddings from the plurality of second embeddings and the plurality of first embeddings using addition and normalization layer. The method further includes predicting named entity tag from set of named entity tags for each of the plurality of contextualized embeddings using fine-tuned second ANN layer. The method further includes extracting one or more skills from the electronic document based on the named entity tag corresponding to each of the plurality of contextualized layers.

  • Patent number: 6693177
Abstract: The invention relates to a novel process for preparation of a biomarker specific for O-acetylated sialic acid and useful for the diagnosis, monitoring outcome of treatment and prediction of relapse of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, said process comprising the steps of (I) separating serum from the blood of patients of acute lymphoblastic leukemia; (ii) separation of low molecular weight fractions and galactose binding proteins from the serum on affinity matrix; (iii) passing the galactose free protein fraction obtained in step (ii) over another affinity matrix to capture O-acetyl sialic acid specific protein fraction; (iv) eluting specific protein fraction with a buffer at alkaline pH in the range of 8.0-11.
