Patent number: 12292794Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for techniques for managing memory exception handling are described. A memory device may write first data associated with a first access command to a first portion of a buffer of a memory device. The memory device may determine a programming failure to write second data to a page of a first block of the memory device. In response to determining the programming failure, the memory device may perform an access operation associated with the first access command to vacate the first data from the first portion of the buffer. In response, the memory device may write the second data to the first portion of the buffer. The memory device may write the second data from the first portion of the buffer to a page of a second block of the memory device in response to writing the second data to the first portion of the buffer.Type: GrantFiled: December 27, 2023Date of Patent: May 6, 2025Assignee: Micron Technology, Inc.Inventor: Santhosh Kumar Siripragada

Patent number: 12288194Abstract: To schedule a future interaction between a caller and a call-center, a management computing system associated with the call center is configured to determine an estimated call time for addressing the caller's issues, based at least in part on a predicted call intent as well as feature enrichment data received from one or more memory storage areas. Upon determining a predicted call duration for the call, the management computing entity accesses the caller's calendar, such as through an internet-based communication between the caller's user computing entity and the management computing entity, or via third-party access permissions provided by the caller. The management computing entity identifies one or more candidate timeslots based at least in part on the predicted call duration, and receives user input selecting a candidate timeslot for scheduling the callback.Type: GrantFiled: September 17, 2021Date of Patent: April 29, 2025Assignee: Optum, Inc.Inventors: Vivedha Elango, Soundararajan Dhakshinamoorthy, Srividya Thyagarajan, Ninad D. Patent number: 12288552Abstract: An automated system and corresponding method is configured to predict a call duration of a customer service interaction between a caller and a customer-service agent of a call center, based at least in part on information provided orally by the caller to the automated system. The automated system transcribes the orally provided information, preprocesses the transcribed data, adds feature enrichment data to supplement the transcribed data, and executes a machine-learning model to predict the caller's intent. If the predicted caller's intent does not have an adequate confidence score associated therewith, the system requests additional data from the caller, and supplements the original data with newly provided data, and again determines a predicted call intent. This process may iterate until the confidence score satisfies applicable confidence criteria prior to utilizing two additional machine-learning models to predict a call duration of the interaction between the caller and a customer-service agent.Type: GrantFiled: September 17, 2021Date of Patent: April 29, 2025Assignee: Optum, Inc.Inventors: Vivedha Elango, Soundararajan Dhakshinamoorthy, Srividya Thyagarajan, Ninad D. Publication number: 20250117765Abstract: Systems and methods include extracting item parameters from images of items positioned at a POS system. UPC features included in the item parameters associated with each item when combined are indicative as to an indication of the UPC of each item. The UPC features are analyzed to determine whether the UPC features associated with each item when combined match a corresponding combination of UPC features stored in a database. The database stores different combinations of UPC features with each different combination of UPC features associated with a corresponding item thereby identifying each corresponding item based on each different combination of UPC features associated with each item. Each item positioned at the POS system is identified when the UPC features associated with each item when combined match a corresponding combination of UPC features as stored in the database.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 4, 2024Publication date: April 10, 2025Inventors: Abhinav Yarlagadda, Enis Dengi, Sai Krishna Bashetty, Rahul Santhosh Kumar Varma, Daniel King, Kamalesh Kalirathinam, Nathan Kelly, Sri Priyanka Madduluri, Thomas Strich

Publication number: 20250117766Abstract: Systems and methods include automatically identifying items from images of items positioned at a POS system. Cameras capture images of the items in which each camera captures images with different FOVs of the items thereby capturing different item parameters of each item. The items are identified when item parameters of the items match item parameters previously identified and the items are failed to be identified when item parameters fail to match item parameters previously identified. Image pixels associated with each unknown item are extracted and mapped to real world coordinates associated with each unknown item as positioned at the POS system. A bounding polygon for each unknown item is generated that encapsulates each unknown item based on the image pixels mapped to the real world coordinates. The bounding polygon is projected onto each unknown item thereby providing feedback for each unknown item positioned at the POS system.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 4, 2024Publication date: April 10, 2025Inventors: Abhinav Yarlagadda, Enis Dengi, Sai Krishna Bashetty, Rahul Santhosh Kumar Varma, Daniel King, Kamalesh Kalirathinam, Nathan Kelly, Sri Priyanka Madduluri, Thomas Strich

Patent number: 12266496Abstract: A hydraulic multi-pole actuation system opens all poles of a circuit interrupter simultaneously. The system utilizes Thomson coil arrangements with a wide piston attached to the conductive member of each arrangement. A narrow piston is attached to the movable conductor of each pole assembly in the circuit interrupter. The wide and narrow pistons are contained within a hydraulic tank. Activating the Thomson coils causes the wide pistons to displace the hydraulic fluid, and the displaced fluid pushes against the narrow pistons to cause the movable conductors to open the line connections in their respective pole assemblies. The wide pistons have a greater collective surface area that interfaces with the hydraulic fluid than the narrow pistons do, enabling fewer Thomson coils arrangements to be used than there are poles in the circuit interrupter, and enabling movement of the wide pistons to be amplified during translation into movement of the narrow pistons.Type: GrantFiled: April 28, 2023Date of Patent: April 1, 2025Assignee: EATON INTELLIGENT POWER LIMITEDInventors: Jayaraman Muniyappan, Santhosh Kumar Chamarajanagar Govinda Nayaka, Robert Michael Slepian

Publication number: 20250103307Abstract: A system and computer-implemented method for a log analytics system that can configure, collect, parse, and analyze log records in an efficient manner. Log records are accessed, each of the log records is associated with a log source. A base parser is identified for parsing a log record based on a type of the log record indicated in the log source. The log record is parsed using the base parser to extract base field values corresponding to base fields. A base-parsed log record is generated on parsing. Sub-parsers are identified using field mappings. The field mappings include base field values mapped to corresponding sub-parsers. The base-parsed log record is parsed using the sub-parsers to extract sub-fields. The sub-fields are merged to the base fields to generate and present an output that includes the parsed log record, the base fields, base field values, the sub-fields and the sub-field values.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 26, 2023Publication date: March 27, 2025Applicant: Oracle International CorporationInventors: Kiran Palukuri, Pankaj Agrawal, Santhosh Kumar Vuda, Jerry Russell
