    Abstract: A process for preparing a crosslinked fluoropolymer film, including the successive steps of: (1) formulating an ink containing: (a) the product of the reaction of triethylamine with at least one fluorinated copolymer obtained by radical copolymerization of monomers including: (i) vinylidene fluoride (VDF), (ii) trifluoroethylene (TrFE), (iii) at least one chlorinated monomer of formula —CXCl?CX1X2 where X, X1 and X2 independently denote H, F or CF3, wherein at most one of X, X1 and X2 denotes CF3; (b) at least one crosslinking agent; (c) at least one photoinitiator; and (d) at least one organic solvent; (2) applying said ink in film form to a substrate; and (3) UV-irradiating said film. A controller is coupled to the optical proximity sensor and the capacitive proximity sensor. The controller compares a proximity signal from the optical proximity sensor with a first predetermined proximity threshold that is adjusted based on a level of ambient infrared light at that sensor, and sets an alarm signal when an object is closer than the adjusted first predetermined proximity threshold. The controller also compares a proximity signal from the capacitive proximity sensor with a second predetermined proximity threshold that is adjusted based on a level of luminosity light at the optical proximity sensor, and sets an alarm signal when an object is closer than the adjusted second predetermined proximity threshold.

    Abstract: A method for providing cardioprotection in a subject who experienced a myocardial infarction, including administering a therapeutically effective amount of a Granzyme B inhibitor. Following acute MI in mice, CD8+ T lymphocytes are quickly recruited and activated in ischemic heart tissue, and release Granzyme B, leading to cardiomyocyte apoptosis and deterioration of myocardial function. Antibody-mediated depletion of CD8+ T lymphocytes decreases Granzyme B content and apoptotic within the myocardium and inflammatory response. mAb mediated-CD8 depletion limits myocardial injury and improves heart function. These effects are recapitulated in mice with CD8+ T cell selective Granzyme B deficiency in mice. Granzyme B is produced by other cell types (e.g., NK cells). Global Granzyme B deletion (GzmB-/- mice) decreases apoptotic within the myocardium, reduces local pro-inflammatory signature and ultimately limits infarct size after MI.

To resolve discrepancies between the infrastructure template and the out-of-band modifications to the computing resources, a notification may be output to a user account associated with the computing resources detailing the differences. An updated infrastructure template may be received that resolves the differences, such as by including configuration settings that reflect a current state of the computing resources. The computing resources may then execute a workflow using the updated template, such that the workflow is executed on all of the computing resources in a current state.

For instance, an electronic device may use a radar sensor to generate radar data representing the locations and an imaging device to generate image data representing the video. A user device may then use the image data to display the video. Additionally, the user device may display a map of a geographic area that includes the electronic device over a portion of the video. The electronic device then uses the radar data to determine positions on the map that corresponds to the locations. Using the positions, the electronic device displays interface elements representing the locations of the object. In some circumstances, the interface elements include different characteristics, such as colors, indicating a direction of motion of the object.
