    Abstract: A lithium iron phosphate cathode sheet, a preparation method thereof, and a lithium iron phosphate lithium-ion battery are disclosed, wherein the lithium iron phosphate cathode sheet includes lithium iron phosphate particles, and in the lithium iron phosphate particles, in terms of particle number, a percentage of lithium iron phosphate particles with a particle size in the range of 50 nm-500 nm is 70-90%, a percentage of lithium iron phosphate particles with a particle size greater than 500 nm and less than 1000 nm is 5-20%, and a percentage of lithium iron phosphate particles with a particle size in the range of 1 ?m-10 ?m is 2-10%.
