Abstract: A computer server system comprises a communications module; a processor coupled with the communications module; and a memory coupled to the processor and storing processor-executable instructions which, when executed by the processor, configure the processor to monitor resource consumption data to identify a first resource type being provided to a resource requester at a periodic rate; identify a second resource type to replace or offset the first resource type at the periodic rate; and perform operations to automatically provide the second resource type to replace or offset the first resource type at the periodic rate.
