Abstract: Devices for managing medication, and methods for ensuring medication compliance, ordering medication, and generating revenue from medication management devices. A device for managing medication and methods for ensuring medication compliance, ordering medication, and generating revenue from the medication management device are provided. In an embodiment, a medication compliance method is provided which includes providing a medication management device to a user, notifying the user via the medication management device that a medication should be taken, notifying the user via the medication management device that additional medication should be ordered, and allowing the user to remotely order the medication via the medication management device.
