    Abstract: A high performance thermal conductive composition derived from an unsaturated diorganopolysiloxane and a saturated diorganopolysiloxane, a thermally conductive filler, and a silicone crosslinking agent without any cure step. The compositions unexpectedly have high thermal conductivity W-mK values, no observed pump-out, and good processing properties.
