Abstract: A pet toy having a body which includes a head section and a tail section. A stretchable member extends from and is fixedly attached to the head section. This stretchable member is an elastomer having a web with first and second ends, the first end being appended to the head section and the second end transitioning to a loop, the loop having an opening sized to receive the finger of a user.

Abstract: A pet bed having a substructure including a square or rectangular-shaped planar base and four sidewalls extending orthogonally from it. The sidewalls are affixed to the planar base proximate its edges and to each other to establish a volume. The substructure is introduced to an outer shell fabric, said outer shell fabric having a top cover selectively joined thereto for providing selective access to the volume. A cushion is shaped and sized for snugly fitting within the volume and being frictionally retained therein, the top cover providing for selective access thereto.

Abstract: A cat scratcher, hideout and carrier device. The device includes a base, sidewalls appended to the base and a handle region forming an interior space. The base has a first surface external to the interior space and a second surface residing within the interior space. A cat scratcher is supported by the second surface of the base for providing a scratching surface within the interior space. At least a portion of one of the sidewalls is at least partially and selectively detachable from the other side walls to expose the interior space, the interior space being completely enclosed when all of the sidewalls are attached to one another.

Abstract: A kit for providing a scratcher for use by a pet cat. The kit includes a plurality of scratching elements, each scratching element having top and bottom scratching surfaces and peripheral edges. Each scratching element is a cardboard body in which open corrugations are exposed by both of the top and bottom surfaces. The peripheral edges include connective elements for connecting the plurality of scratching elements to one another.

Abstract: A cat scratcher attractant device having a substantially vertically extending cylindrical housing having a centrally located axis. The housing has an exterior surface supporting a cat scratcher and a cap positioned atop the housing having a geometric center coextensive with the centrally located axis. A rotatable spindle is positioned atop the cap at the centrally located axis. First and second wands each having first and second ends are fixed to the spindle at their first ends and support attractants at their second ends, the wands being positioned diametrically on opposite sides of the spindle such that lateral force being applied either wand or attractant will cause both wands to rotate, together with the spindle, about the centrally located axis.

Abstract: A cat scratcher attractant device having a vertically extending axis, a housing having a hollow interior, a motor supported by said housing and enclosed within the hollow interior, the motor having a rotatable shaft extending vertically along said central axis and a power supply for selectively activating the motor. A wand is provided with an attractant, the wand having first and second ends, the first end being fixed to the rotatable shaft and the second end being fixed to the attractant. The housing further includes a receiving slot and a scratcher, the scratcher being sized to be received and selectively retained by the receiving slot such that the scratcher extends from the housing and the attractant rotates above a portion of the scratcher when the motor is activated.

Abstract: A pet toy having a transparent housing in the form of a sphere. Within the housing is a fan assembly fixed to its interior surface which includes a mass that orients the sphere as having a top and bottom, the fan assembly residing at the bottom. The fan assembly also includes a power source, a motor energized by the power source having a shaft extending vertically therefrom, and a plurality of fan blades that are fixed to the shaft such that upon rotation, the fan blades direct air toward the bottom of the sphere. The sphere is also provided with an opening in the transparent housing located at its top and a plurality of attractants each of a mass and size to randomly circulate within the transparent housing upon energizing the motor.

The cat litter mat is composed of silicone rubber having a substantially planar central portion and a perimeter, at least a portion of the perimeter having an upturned edge. The cat litter mat is provided with a cat litter box receiving region devoid of the upturned edge, the planar central portion having a plurality of nubs for capturing litter in planar central region of the cat litter mat.

Abstract: A cat scratching device for residing upon a substantially horizontal surface. The device includes three scratching posts each having first and second ends, the scratching posts being separated from one another at their first ends and joined to one another at their second ends resulting in a three-legged self supporting device. Each of the three scratching posts have scratching surfaces applied thereto.
