  • Publication number: 20230389891
Abstract: Systems, devices, and methods for displaying multiple intraluminal images in a luminal assessment are provided. An intraluminal imaging device is provided which is configured to be positioned within a body lumen of a patient and receive imaging data associated with the body lumen. The intraluminal imaging device may be in communication with a controller configured to display two or more transverse images of the body lumen on a single display device. The system may also be configured to automatically measure, display, and compare measurements of features, including misalignment or malapposition of a stent, the diameter and area of the stent at various locations along the stent, as well as the diameter and area of the lumen before the stent is positioned.

  • Publication number: 20230309859
Abstract: Systems, devices, and methods for providing procedure-specific workflow guidance are provided. The workflow guidance may include providing selectable options on a display device to a user including a selectable option to select a target vessel and a prompt to move an intravascular imaging device within the selected target vessel. Imaging data is received from the intravascular imaging device within the selected target vessel. The workflow guidance may be used to identify an area of interest within the selected target vessel and automatically display vessel measurements corresponding with the area of interest on the display device.

  • Publication number: 20230233168
Abstract: A system includes a processor circuit configured to receive a set of intravascular data from an intravascular sensor at a first location within a blood vessel. The processor circuit simultaneously receives a set of cardiovascular data from a heart monitor. After the intravascular sensor is moved from the first location to a second location, the processor circuit receives an additional set of intravascular data from the intravascular sensor and an additional set of cardiovascular data from the heart monitor. The processor circuit then determines a distance between the first location and the second location and determines a pulse wave velocity associated with the blood flow within the blood vessel based on the sets of intravascular data, the sets of cardiovascular data, and the distance. The processor circuit then outputs the pulse wave velocity to a display.

  • Publication number: 20220346756
Abstract: A system is provided that includes a processor circuit in communication with an intravascular imaging catheter. The processor circuit is operable to: receive an intravascular imaging signal; perform, tissue characterization to identify a plaque component of the blood vessel; generate an intravascular image; receive an extravascular image of a blood vessel; co-register the intravascular image and the extravascular image to associate the intravascular image with a location of the blood vessel in the extravascular image; determine, if a spatial distribution of the plaque component within the intravascular image satisfies a criterion associated with the spatial distribution; and when the spatial distribution satisfies the criterion, output a screen display comprising: the extravascular image; and a first indicator at the location of the blood vessel in extravascular image.
