  • Patent number: 12131819
Abstract: Approaches are provided for a prediction model determining a prediction indicative of the authorized user being associated with at least one anomaly event. In one example, a computer system may receive data from different sources. For example, the system may receive data associated with use of one or more monitored units of an automated storage and retrieval location. The system may also receive request data associated with a request for execution of the monitored controlled unit by an authorized user to a target user. The prediction model of the system may utilize the received data to determine the prediction that the authorized user is associated with at least one anomaly event associated with a diversion of a monitored unit away from the target user. The system may then provide the prediction for presentation.

  • Publication number: 20240288430
Abstract: The present invention provides therapeutic, diagnostic, and prognostic methods for cancer. The invention provides methods of treating a cancer, methods of determining whether an individual having a cancer is likely to respond to a treatment including an immune checkpoint inhibitor (e.g., a PD-L1 axis binding antagonist), methods of predicting responsiveness of an individual having a cancer to a treatment including an immune checkpoint inhibitor (e.g., a PD-L1 axis binding antagonist), methods of selecting a therapy for an individual having a cancer, methods of providing a prognosis for an individual having a cancer, and methods of monitoring a response of an individual having a cancer, based on a blood tumor mutational burden (bTMB) score or a maximum somatic allele frequency (MSAF) from a sample (e.g., a whole blood sample, a plasma sample, a serum sample, or a combination thereof) from the individual.

  • Publication number: 20240279360
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a class of bifunctional compounds that includes an IGF-2 polypeptide that specifically binds to a cell surface cation independent mannose-6-phosphate receptor (CI-M6PR), and a target binding moiety. The bifunctional compounds can trigger the CI-M6PR cell surface receptor to internalize into the cell a complex of the target and the bifunctional compound. The target can be an extracellular target protein such as a soluble protein or a membrane bound target protein. The target binding moiety can be an antibody or antibody fragment. Also provided are methods of using the bifunctional compounds for sequestration and/or lysosomal degradation of a target, e.g., an extracellular target protein associated with a disease or disorder of interest.

  • Publication number: 20240271126
Abstract: Nucleic acid techniques are disclosed. Embodiments include modified nucleotides with oligonucleotide adapters that are coupled via cleavable linkers. Incorporation of the modified nucleotide at a 3? end of a nucleic acid permits end-adapterization via ligation of a free 5? end of the oligonucleotide adapter to a 3? reactive group of the modified nucleotide and cleavage at the cleavable linker to liberate a free 3? end.

  • Patent number: 10933135
Abstract: Methods for the treatment of cardiac hypertrophy are described. Additionally, the presently disclosed subject matter relates to the use of small molecule compounds for the inhibition of Human antigen R (HuR)-mRNA interaction, and more particularly for the reduction of nuclear factor of activated T cells (NFAT) transcriptional activity. Novel methods of screening for small molecule compounds for inhibition of RNA binding proteins interaction with their target RNA (such as HuR-mRNA interactions) or for inhibition of DNA binding proteins to their target DNA are also described.
