Abstract: The present disclosure concerns an improved freestanding punching bag system. The present disclosure provides for compact packaging, reduced storage, and improved display of the device. Additionally, the present disclosure provides for decreased leaks of media that may be used inside the device. Finally, the present disclosure provides improved safety for an operator by positively securing a target to a post associated with the system, thereby preventing or minimizing any unexpected movement or rotation of the target about the post.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a suspension system for heavy sports equipment that reduces the shock and noise transmitted by an impact delivered thereto. The disclosure provides for connective devices to secure the suspension system to the heavy sporting good equipment and to secure it to a mounting point. In one embodiment, the heavy sporting good equipment comprises a heavy bag.

Abstract: A martial arts practice device that is freestanding and can be used by one or more practitioners. The device has a base which can be filled with liquid for weighting, a stem extending upwardly from the base and a plurality of rails attached to the stem. A plurality of target adapter assemblies are slidably mounted on the rails. A target is attached to each target adapter assembly by a target attachment assembly. The target attachment assemblies include an elastomeric pivot so that the targets can pivot in any direction with respect to the target adapter assemblies.

The first bladder is fabricated of a flexible, water impervious material and defines a water chamber for holding a selected quantity of water. The second bladder is fabricated of a flexible, air impervious material defines an air chamber. The second bladder has a central cavity in which the first bladder is positioned such that the second bladder is concentrically positioned about the first bladder. The second bladder is inflatable by passing pressurized air into the air chamber. The outer shell is positioned about the first and second bladders.
