    Abstract: The invention relates to a device for assisting in detecting anatomical features of at least a portion of a tissue, in particular a retinal tissue, the device comprising means for acquiring images of said portion using optical coherence tomography (OCT), which are taken at separate angles of incidence, and detection means for detecting, in a single area of the portion studied, at least one pattern having at least one feature that varies from one image to another, the pattern being attributable to the presence of anatomical features. The invention likewise relates to a method for assisting in detecting anatomical features of at least a portion of a tissue.
