Abstract: A system and related methods for managing document workflows is disclosed. In response to a request to open a new account associated with an applicant, the system is programmed to execute document workflows over a plurality of documents to verify the applicant's identity and background and assess the risk of account misuse by the applicant. In executing the document workflows, the system is programmed to transmit custom prompts as input data to large language models capable of translation, summary, or inference tasks and receive output data as instructed by the prompts. The system is programmed to then determine whether to approve or disapprove the request to open a new account based on results of executing the document workflows. The system can be further programmed to create account data based on a determination to approve the request.
