Abstract: A horizontal axis wind turbine (HAWT 10) that preferably consists of at least two blades 12. The HAWT (10) is designed to operate against wind speeds ranging from 5 mph to 35 mph (2.2 m/s to 15.65 m/s) and with a blade diameter of at least 3 feet (0.91 meters). Each blade 12 is divided sequentially and longitudinally into a root section (28) that extends from the blade center line (20), an inboard section (30) and an outboard section (32) that terminates at the tip of the blade (12).

Abstract: A rotary fluid dynamic utility structure (1) comprising at least two blades, wherein each blade comprises a multiplicity of elemental airfoils (5), a base, a tip (35), a face (14), a back (7), a leading edge (15), a trailing edge (16), and a longitudinal twist. The at least two blades are equi-distantly attached to a hub, which has means for being attached to a rotating shaft. The structure (1) provides five significant improvements over previous blade structures. The first improvement is that the inventive blade's orientation is reversed, the second is that the elemental airfoils (5) are three-dimensionally profiled, the third is an improved blade tip (35) curvature design, the fourth is improved leading and trailing edge ranges, and the fifth is improved mass distribution of the blade.

A pull through insert (42) is juxtapositioned on the padding and a bag (66) is attached to the insert and around this opening (40). A wiping and cleansing action is accomplished prior to removal of the soiled diaper by breaking the cover on the hole and grasping the bag, to which a loop (68) is attached and pulling the insert through the passage while simultaneously using the bag as a glove to accomplish the wiping action. The insert is completely contained within the bag and enclosed by a tie (70).
