  • Patent number: 11124598
Abstract: A method is useful for producing a urethane(meth)acrylate resin composition. The method improves storage stability and reduces the reactivity drift of the composition compared to compositions made by other means from the same starting materials. In particular, it reduces the degradation of TEMPOL in mixtures with branched urethane resins.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: July 2, 2018
Date of Patent: September 21, 2021
    Assignee: Hilti Aktiengesellschaft
Inventors: Jens Bunzen, Anna Sharmak, Robert Dölle, Astrid Buder, Thomas Bürgel, Beate Gnass, Philipp Wieland, Sascha Dierker

  • Patent number: 10287061
Abstract: A dispensing unit includes a first sheet-material bag which is filled with a first composition, a second sheet-material bag which is filled with a second composition, and a head part disposed on a first end of the first sheet-material bag and a second end of the second sheet-material bag. The head part has a first outlet channel for the first composition and a second outlet channel for the second composition, the first and second sheet-material bags are open on the first and second ends, and the first and second outlet channels are filled with the first and second compositions, respectively. A closure part is configured to couple with the head part, where the closure part is openable or removable by a user.

  • Publication number: 20150274373
Abstract: A method for producing a sheet-material container for a dispensing unit is disclosed. An embodiment includes applying a head part to a first end of a sheet-material bag filled with a composition, where the head part has an outlet channel for the composition, opening the sheet-material bag, and closing the outlet channel. The opening and the closing take place prior to the initial use of the sheet-material container in the dispensing unit. A sheet-material container for a dispensing unit is also disclosed. An embodiment includes a sheet-material bag which is filled with a composition and a head part which accommodates a first end of the sheet-material bag. The head part has an outlet channel for the composition. The sheet-material bag is open on the first end and the outlet channel of the head part is closed by a closure part, which can be opened or removed by a user.

  • Patent number: 6645340
Abstract: A curable, two-component mortar composition is described, which is based on a curable epoxide resin, at least one reactive diluent for the epoxide resin, an amine curing agent and one or more inorganic fillers, as well as, optionally, curing catalysts, rheological aids, thixotropizing agents, stabilizers, dispersants, agents to control the reaction rate and wetting agents, the amine curing agent of the curable epoxide resin and the reactive diluent being kept separate from one another to inhibit any reaction, wherein the mortar composition contains a cross-linking reactive diluent, which has functional epoxy groups with an epoxy functionality of at least 2. The mortar composition is used to fasten anchoring means in boreholes.
