  • Publication number: 20240145601
Abstract: An intermediate product for producing a nanoelectronic component structure and a nanoelectronic component structure, each have a substrate, a cavity formed therein, and a nanostructure which partly spans the cavity. A method for producing a nanoelectronic component structure, includes the steps of introducing a cavity into the substrate, and each cavity is bridged by at least one nanostructure. This allows mechanical stress states in nanostructures to be adjusted in a decoupled manner from location and direction. This is achieved in that the nanoelectronic component structure has an arm, which partly overlaps with the cavity, on one side of the respective cavity, the arm being bent or shrunk at the arm end protruding beyond or into the respective cavity. A gap is formed over the cavity, and the nanostructure is arranged on the respective arm so as to span the respective gap and is fixed between the respective arm and contact electrodes formed on each side of the gap.

  • Patent number: 11919022
Abstract: The disclosure relates to an atomizer for the application of a multi-component paint, with a master paint connection, a hardener connection, a mixer, a hardener line leading in the atomizer from the hardener connection to the mixer, a master paint line, which in the atomizer leads from the master paint connection to the mixer, and with a main valve for controlling the paint delivery, the main valve being arranged downstream of the mixer and controlling the flow of the multicomponent paint to an application element, in particular to a rotatable bell cup. The atomizer according to the disclosure is characterized by a first return connection for returning the multicomponent paint from the atomizer to a return system. For this purpose, the atomizer has a first return line which branches off in the atomizer between the mixer and the main valve and opens into the first return connection.

  • Patent number: 11623232
Abstract: The disclosure relates to an applicator (RZ), in particular a rotary atomizer, for the application of a coating agent, in particular a two-component paint, comprising a first coating agent connection (SL) for feeding a first coating agent, in particular a basic resin of a two-component paint, a first coating agent strand (L1-L4), which extends in the applicator (RZ) from the first coating agent connection (SL) and carries the first coating agent, and a first valve (SLV1), which is arranged in the first coating agent strand (L1-L4) and controls the flow of the first coating agent, wherein the first valve (SLV1) can be controlled by a first control signal. It is proposed that a first pressure-relief valve (SLV1), which is actuated by its own medium, is arranged in the first coating agent strand (L1-L4) and, to avoid a problem being caused by excessive pressure, opens automatically when the pressure upstream of the first pressure-relief valve (SLV1) exceeds a certain maximum pressure.

  • Publication number: 20140321026
Abstract: The present invention relates to a coating system comprising a layer of carbon nanotubes aligned parallel to another, and a directly linked surface layer with metallic properties, from which said carbon nanotubes are grown in “tip” growth. The coating system may further comprise a base layer and/or a substrate. It can be obtained by producing a structured layer from a first phase, consisting of a metal having no independent catalytic activity in terms of the emergence of CNTs from the gas phase, and a second phase consisting of a metal, which catalyzes the emergence of CNTs from the gas phase, on a substrate or a base layer, wherein the first phase has an uneven thickness and/or folded structure potentially interspersed with pores, and the second phase is located in depressions and/or pores of the initial phase in such a way that both material phases are present at least partially next to each other in the lateral plane on said substrate or said base layer located thereon.
