  • Publication number: 20240075863
Abstract: A tray assembly for a vehicle has a steering wheel rim and a plate-shaped tray unit arranged on the steering wheel rim. The steering wheel rim is mounted to be pivotable about a horizontal pivot axis between a steering position and a tray position arranged at a smaller angle of inclination than in the steering position. In order to provide a tray assembly which can be handled in a manner which is reliable in operation and user-friendly, an edge of the tray unit is matched to a profile of the steering wheel rim such that the tray unit arranged on the steering wheel rim located in the tray position partially or completely covers the steering wheel rim from above, without projecting beyond the steering wheel rim on the outside.

  • Patent number: 11472319
Abstract: A load floor arrangement for a motor vehicle is provided. The arrangement has a rear load floor element which, in a floor position, forms a floor portion of a load space. The load floor arrangement has a front load floor element which is connected to a backrest of a vehicle seat so as to be pivotable about a floor element pivot axis extending in the vehicle transverse direction, whereby it is adjustable between a contact position and at least one pivoted position in which its inclination relative to the horizontal is reduced compared to the contact position, when the backrest is inclined forwards in an inclined position about a backrest pivot axis.

  • Patent number: 10752178
Abstract: A motor vehicle includes a tailgate that is upwardly pivotable in a rearward upward manner and on which a load compartment cover is pivotably held around a pivot axis by way of the rear end region of the load compartment cover that faces the tailgate. The load compartment cover, in a region that is spaced apart from the pivot axis by way of at least one force transmission element, is held on a vehicle body. The force transmission element, when the tailgate is upwardly pivoted, pivots the load compartment cover toward the tailgate so as to expose an access to the load compartment. At least one hook connection connects the tailgate to the load compartment cover and establishes the pivot axis.

  • Patent number: 10406966
Abstract: A device for securing loads on a loading surface of a vehicle, comprising at least one floor plate retained on the loading surface and having recesses arranged to be distributed in a grid-like manner, rods or tubes which are able to be releasably fixed in the recesses and at least one limiting element which at two ends in each case comprises at least one fastener, the ends of the limiting element being able to be releasably fastened thereby to a free end of the rods or tubes. The at least one limiting element is configured as a flexible strap.

  • Publication number: 20180297531
Abstract: A motor vehicle includes a tailgate that can be pivoted up to the rear and to which a luggage compartment cover for a luggage compartment, which is located behind a seat and situated within a passenger compartment, is fastened so as to be pivotable by its rear end region about a pivot axis. The luggage compartment cover is held, at a region spaced apart from the pivot axis, on a vehicle body via at least one force transmission feature which, upon pivoting up of the tailgate, pivots the luggage compartment cover so as to free access to the luggage compartment. The force transmission feature is deflected on a force deflection feature mounted on the tailgate.
