  • Publication number: 20240021203
Abstract: A voice analysis (VA) computer system for processing verbally inputted data into an online application form is provided. The VA computer system is configured to receive a first set of digital sound data in connection with a first form submission, and enable a voice-input tool on a user computing device for an applicant to input registration data, including in a second set of digital sound data. The VA computer system is configured to retrieve a text-based template including a sequence of descriptor phrases and blank data fields. The VA computer system may be configured to transmit first instructions to the user computing device that cause the user computing device to issue a first prompt, receive a first registration data element including a first response from the applicant via the voice-input tool, translate the first response into text inputs, and store each descriptor phrase linked to the corresponding response associated therewith.

  • Patent number: 11776059
Abstract: A voice analysis (VA) computer system for processing verbally inputted data into an online insurance claim submission application is provided. The VA computer system is configured to receive a first set of digital sound data in connection with a request to submit a virtual insurance claim for an applicant, and enable a voice-input tool on a user computing device for the applicant to input registration data, the registration data included in a second set of digital sound data. The VA computer system is configured to retrieve a text-based template based upon a portion of the registration data, the text-based template including descriptor phrases and blank data fields. The VA computer system may be configured to receive the registration data as the second set of digital sound data, translate the received second set into text inputs, and store within a database, each descriptor phrase linked to the corresponding response associated therewith.

  • Publication number: 20230090320
Abstract: Systems and methods relating to leveraging inactive computing resources are discussed. An example system may include one or more computing nodes having an active state and an inactive state, one or more processors, and a memory. The memory may contain instructions therein that, when executed, cause the one or more processors to identify a task to be performed by the one or more computing nodes based upon a received request. The instructions may further cause the one or more processors to create one or more sub-tasks based upon the task and schedule the one or more sub-tasks for execution on the one or more computing nodes during the inactive state. The instructions may further cause the one or more processors to collate the one or more sub-tasks into a completed task, and generate a completed task notification based upon the completed task.
