    Abstract: This invention discloses a portion control vertical bin for controlling the amount of material dispensed having a portion control device where a single handle pulls a top-slide and a bottom-slide where the top-slide separates a portion of material from the bulk material in the bin, the bottom-slide when pulled further releases the portioned material through an opening in the bottom-slide to a spout assembly where the portioned material may be collected in a receptacle.
