    Abstract: A method of promoting the differentiation of an oligodendrocyte precursor cell is disclosed herein. The method includes administering to the oligodendrocyte precursor cell an effective amount of a compound capable of promoting oligodendrocyte precursor cell differentiation. Also disclosed herein is a method of treating a neurodegenerative disorder, including a demyelinating disease such as multiple sclerosis, in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to the subject a compound disclosed herein.
