  • Patent number: 11929849
Abstract: Techniques for ensuring symmetric forwarding between disparate networks. The techniques may include receiving a gateway preference order associated with a route advertised by an edge node, the edge node associated with a first network. The techniques may also include determining, based at least in part on the gateway preference order, that a gateway node is a more preferred gateway for the route than another gateway node, the gateway node configured to facilitate communications between the first network and a second network. In some examples, the techniques may also include converting the gateway preference order into a metric associated with an IP routing protocol that is in use in the second network. In some examples, the route including the metric may be distributed within the second network such that the gateway node is the more preferred gateway for return traffic of the route.

  • Publication number: 20220180595
Abstract: A system and method for creating three-dimensional environments from two-dimensional images, comprising inputting a two-dimensional image of a floorplan into a pre-processing component that resizes the image, normalizes the image, and then generates an output of the image; inputting the output of the pre-processing component into an artificial intelligence component that generates bounding boxes having predefined classes of items corresponding to various floorplan icons; a semantic map classifying room structures; and a semantic map classifying room types, and then generates an output of the bounding boxes and semantic maps; and inputting the output of the artificial intelligence component into a post-processing component that processes the classified bounding boxes for each predefined class of item; processes the semantic map for each structure; processes the semantic map for each room-type; converts dimensions from pixel coordinates to real-world estimates; packages and encodes data for a three-dimensional

  • Patent number: 11179671
Abstract: A system for carbon dioxide capture from a gas mixture comprises an absorber that receives a lean solvent system stream (containing a chemical solvent, physical-solvent, and water) from the stripper, a stripper that receives the rich solvent stream from the absorber and produces the product carbon dioxide and the lean solvent through the use of a reboiler in fluid communication with a lower portion of the stripper, a condenser in fluid communication with a vapor outlet of the stripper, a cross-exchanger in fluid communication with a rich solvent system outlet from the absorber and a rich solvent system inlet on the stripper, and a splitter. The splitter is configured to separate the rich solvent system stream into a first portion and second portion, where the first portion directly passes to the stripper and the second portion passes through the cross-exchanger prior to passing to the stripper.
