  • Patent number: 11473167
Abstract: The present invention provides an automated device for degassing and/or foaming of metals and their alloys and process thereof. Said automated device for degassing and/or foaming of molten metals and their alloys and a process facilitates in controlled degassing and/or foaming of molten metals and thereby increases tensile strength, impact strength, hardness, malleability, corrosion resistance, conductivity of metals and their alloys and further eliminates the use of harmful chemicals and injectable gases in degasification of metal and alloys. Present automated device mainly comprises of plurality of sonic generator 1, controller 2, first assembly 3, second assembly 4, third assembly 5, fourth assembly 6. Said process comprises of steps including; 1. Selecting the mode of operation and setting parameters; 2. Activating said assemblies and facilitating Formation of ultrasonic cavitation in metal and their alloys; 3. Degassing of the molten metal and their alloys due to formation of micro bubbles.

  • Publication number: 20150074436
Abstract: One embodiment provides a method to wake an electronic device having a central processing unit (CPU) from an idle condition. The method includes creating a worker queue in an interrupt-request (IRQ) driver module of the operating-system kernel of the device, receiving in the kernel an indication of user input in a form of an IRQ, and in response to receiving the indication of user input, posting a request in the worker queue to boost clock speed in the CPU. The request is then processed, causing an increase in the clock speed.

  • Publication number: 20080016915
Abstract: A jewelry piece employs interchangeable jewelry segments having features that allow the segments to be interchanged, replaced, reversed, removed and/or combined in various ways to provide a variety of different looks. The jewelry segments retain the visual appeal that is so important in such a fashion conscious industry, even when combined in various ways to provide a variety of different looks.

  • Publication number: 20040072488
Abstract: Cleaning sheets having long-lasting perfume odor comprise a substrate, perfume, and additive material having a melting point of at least about −15° C., wherein the perfume and additive material are affixed to the substrate. In a preferred embodiment, the perfume and additive material are first blended together and then affixed to the substrate, such that the blend of perfume and additive material has a melting point of at least about 20° C. Methods of imparting perfume odor to a surface, and optionally removing dust or the like from the surface, comprise the step contacting, preferably wiping, the surface with a cleaning sheet of the present invention.

  • Patent number: 6651441
Abstract: A fluid flow system for a gas turbine engine provides combustion fuel to a main pump and an actuator pump significantly reducing heat generation at low flow demand, while regulating actuator flow temperature at high flow demand. Fuel flow from the actuator pump in excess of the actuators needs is directed through an actuator minimum pressure valve and into a thermal bypass valve (TBV.) Depending upon the temperature of the fuel, the TBV determines the path of the excess actuator pump fluid flow. The TBV divides the fuel flow between being recirculated to the actuator pump inlet and the main pump output flow path to the engine fuel input conduit. The engine actuators are thereby assured of receiving flow which preclude freezing of water entrained in the fuel. When there is minimal concern with the possibility of freezing water entrained in the fuel, the TBV passes a greater percentage of fuel through to join together in the engine fuel input conduit.

  • Publication number: 20020042962
Abstract: Cleaning sheets comprise an additive that is selected to enhance the pick up and retention of particulate material from surfaces, while minimizing the amount of residue left on the surface being cleaned. If the type of additive and level of additive on the cleaning sheet are not carefully selected, the sheet will leave a residue on the surface being cleaned resulting in filming and streaking of the surface that is unacceptable to consumers. The additive is preferably selected from the group consisting of a wax, an oil, and mixtures thereof. Cleaning implements comprise a mop head having a resilient bottom surface, a portion of which preferably has a substantially smooth curved profile or crown which engages a removable cleaning sheet.
