The seal member is formed with an oil-impregnated elastic member, and includes at least a first lip and a second lip provided to protrude from an outer peripheral face while being lined along a connection direction with respect to the connection target. The first lip is provided on the connection target side of the second lip, and a protrusion length of the first lip is shorter than a protrusion length of the second lip.
