The friction coefficient prediction part configured to predict a friction coefficient between the tire and the road surface based on the tire information acquired by the tire information acquisition part and the external information acquired by the external information acquisition part. The friction coefficient prediction part predicts a friction coefficient of a road surface ahead of the target vehicle in a traveling direction.
