Abstract: Provided is an information management device, comprising a storage medium storing a computer-readable instruction and a processor coupled to the storage medium, the processor executing the computer-readable instruction to: acquire, from a mobile object, uploaded information associated with position information on the mobile object; generate mesh information based on the uploaded information; and store the mesh information into a storage in association with a mesh region including the position information on the mobile object among a plurality of mesh regions defined so as to delimit a ground region.
