  • Publication number: 20160020156
Abstract: The trench has, in a cross-sectional view, a first corner portion which is an intersection between a first sidewall surface and a bottom portion and a second corner portion which is an intersection between a second sidewall surface and the bottom portion. A first layer has a second-conductivity-type region. In a cross-sectional view, the second-conductivity-type region is arranged to intersect with a line which passes through any of the first corner portion and the second corner portion and is in parallel to a <0001> direction of a silicon carbide crystal forming the silicon carbide layer. A ratio calculated by dividing SP by ST is not lower than 20% and not higher than 130%, where ST represents a total area of the trenches in a boundary surface between the first layer and a second layer and SP represents a total area of the second-conductivity-type regions in a plan view.

  • Publication number: 20130152735
Abstract: There is provided an iron-based mixture powder for sintering, as well as an iron-based sintered alloy using same, that are capable of reducing the cutting resistance of the iron-based sintered alloy and of mitigating the shortening of cutting tool life even when a metal fluoride powder is used. The iron-based mixture powder for sintering comprises an iron-based powder, a graphite powder, a hard powder that is harder than the iron-based powder, and a metalfluoride powder. With respect to particle asperity as expressed by the following equation, particle asperity=(perimeter of a section of a particle)2/(sectional area of the section×4Pi), the particle asperity of the metal fluoride powder is within the range of 2 to 5.

  • Publication number: 20120076275
Abstract: A radiographic imaging apparatus with which the rotation amount of acquired radiographs can be the same in comparative interpretation of these images. The radiographic imaging apparatus includes an imaging unit for emitting radiation from a radiation source to a subject and detecting radiation having passed through the subject with a radiation detector having sensors arrayed therein to acquire a radiographic image, an image processor for performing rotation processing on the radiographic image to produce an acquired radiograph and collateral information of the acquired radiograph, a storage unit for storing the acquired radiograph and the collateral information, and a monitor for displaying the acquired radiograph. The collateral information contains the direction in which the sensors are arrayed and a rotation angle used in the rotation processing and is correlated to the acquired radiograph.

  • Publication number: 20080059229
Abstract: Client terminals are installed in medical facilities, and connected through a network to a data center. Concrete cases relating to a variety of medicaments are reported at the client terminals and accumulated as case information in a medicament-to-case information database of the data center. In prescribing some medicaments, prescription data indicating the names of the medicaments is attached to inquiry data, and sent to the data center. In response to the inquiry data, a data server of the data center refers to a medicament basic information database, to check whether the medicaments indicated by the prescription data can interact adversely. If the answer is yes, the data server searches the medicament-to-case information database for such case information that relates to the interaction of these medicaments, and sends back advisory information informing of the possibility of adverse interaction of the inquired medicaments, accompanied with the retrieved case information.

  • Publication number: 20080046293
Abstract: When an electronic medical chart of a patient is read out at a client terminal, a registration checking section checks registration record data attached to the medical chart. If the registration record data indicates that any case information relating a previous prescription has not been registered, a warning dialog box is displayed on a monitor, to require registration of case information. When an OK button is pressed in the warning dialog box, a case information registering dialog box is displayed on the monitor. When a register button is pressed after inputting necessary information in the case information registering dialog box, case reporting data is produced from the inputted information, and is sent to a data center, where the case reporting data is registered as new case information in a database. Thus, the registration record data is revised, and the medical chart is rewritten with the inputted case information.
