    Abstract: In an IPM rotor, a first core sheet has a first sheet hole forming a part of an accommodation hole. The first sheet hole has an edge portion having a flat spring portion which is bent by a magnet through insertion of the magnet into the accommodation hole. A pair of recesses forming a clearance with respect to the magnet are formed at both side portions of the flat spring portion of the edge portion of the first sheet hole. A size of the clearance is set based on a relationship between a magnitude of a pressing force of the flat spring portion on the magnet and variation in pressing force.

    Abstract: A rotor core of a rotating electrical machine has interpole bridges each disposed on an outer circumferential side with respect to a permanent magnet in a non-magnetic portion between the poles, and interpole diameter bridges each surrounded by two permanent magnets and an interpole bridge. The outer circumferential surface of each interpole bridge is formed by a first flat surface. Thus, a path of a magnetic flux passing through a magnetic gap is lengthened, so that a q-axis inductance is reduced. In addition, a width in a radial direction of each interpole bridge and a width in a circumferential direction of each interpole diameter bridge are constant, and each interpole bridge and each interpole diameter bridge are disposed so as to be perpendicular to each other to form a T shape. Thus, the concentration of stress during press-fitting of the permanent magnet into a magnet hole can be reduced.

The first rotational angle detecting sensor is a magnetic detecting element sensor that includes: a magnet rotating body that includes a magnet, and that rotates together with the shaft; and a magnetic detecting element that detects magnetism from the magnet. The second rotational angle detecting sensor is a resolver.

    Abstract: An electric-rotating-machine rotor has a rotor core in which ring-shaped plate materials that are each magnetic materials are stacked in an axial direction and a shaft-press-fitted into an inner circumferential surface of the rotor core; the inner circumferential surface has a first press-fitting portion that is an axial-direction section into which the shaft is inserted and a second press-fitting portion that is an axial-direction section adjacent to the first press-fitting portion and into which the shaft is inserted with an interference larger than that of the first press-fitting portion, and the shaft is press-fitted into the inner circumferential surface of the rotor core from the first press-fitting portion side. As a result, the electric-rotating-machine rotor in which no gap is caused between the stacked plate materials can be realized at low cost. Moreover, it is made possible to produce the electric-rotating-machine rotor through simple processes and at low cost.
