The grooves 2 on one thrust face 1a and the grooves 3 on another thrust face 1b are the same in number. The grooves 2 on the one thrust face 1a and the grooves 3 on the other thrust face 1b are arranged so as not to overlap with each other in a circumferential direction. In particular, the grooves 2 on the one thrust face 1a and the grooves 3 on the other thrust face 1b are arranged in a staggered manner so as to have an angular deviation of ½ of an angular interval between the grooves adjacent to each other on the same thrust face in terms of the disc central angle.
