  • Publication number: 20120114902
Abstract: A ventilation structure 13 includes a resin component 11 having an opening 11h for ventilation and a gas-permeable composite film 6 attached to the resin component 11 so as to close the opening 11h. The gas-permeable composite film 6 includes a body portion 2 that includes a fluororesin film, and an ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene porous sheet 3 that is laminated with the body portion 2. The ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene porous sheet 3 has a black color. A laser welding portion 4 is formed between the body portion 2 and the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene porous sheet 3 so as to integrate the two into one.

  • Publication number: 20110168022
Abstract: The present invention is intended to provide a filter-holding object that allows air permeable filters to be peeled from a carrier tape in a satisfactory manner without increasing a tension applied to the carrier tape. A filter-holding object (1) includes: a carrier tape (2) extending in a specified direction; and a plurality of air permeable filters (3) held on the carrier tape (2) so as to be arranged in the specified direction. The air permeable filters (3) are shaped so that an end portion of each of the air permeable filters (3) on one side of the specified direction is sharpened toward the one side of the specified direction at an angle of 90 degrees or more. Preferably, the end portion of each of the air permeable filters (3) on the one side of the specified direction is sharpened at an angle of 135 degrees or less.

  • Publication number: 20100227544
Abstract: A vent structure 100A of the present invention includes a housing 91 and a vent member 13A attached to an opening portion 91k of the housing 91. The vent member 13A is provided with a support body 11 having a through hole 11h to serve as a gas passage between the interior and the exterior of the housing 91 and a gas permeable membrane 6 fixed to the support body 11 so as to close the through hole 11h. Assuming that a thickness direction of the gas permeable membrane is a height direction, a height H1 of the support body 11 from a second opening end face 11q (aligned with an outer surface 91p of the housing 91) to a first opening end face 11p on the other side is set to 4 mm or more.

  • Publication number: 20100227543
Abstract: A vent structure includes: a first housing component having an opening portion for ventilation; a gas-permeable membrane that is attached to the first housing component to close the opening portion; and a laser welding portion that joins the first housing component with the gas-permeable membrane. The gas-permeable membrane includes a main body including a fluororesin film and a porous resin sheet that is laid on the main body. The porous resin sheet is located on the surface side of the vent structure. Both of the main body and the outer peripheral portion of the porous resin sheet that projects outwardly from the main body are fixed to the first housing component by the laser welding portion.

  • Publication number: 20100221995
Abstract: A ventilation member 13 includes a gas-permeable sheet 6 and a support body 11 in which a through-hole 11h is formed. One opening of the through-hole 11h is closed by the sheet 6. As a face to which the sheet 6 is to be attached, the support body 11 has a ring-shaped opening end face 12 parallel to the in-plane direction of the sheet 6. In an outer peripheral region 12j of the opening end face 12, the sheet 6 is welded to the support body 11, forming a ring-shaped welded portion 15. The sheet 6 is not welded to the support body 11 in an inner peripheral region 12k of the opening end face 12. The inner peripheral region 12k is surrounded by the welded portion 15.

  • Publication number: 20090084078
Abstract: A ventilation member (100) of the invention includes a tubular part (11), a gas permeable filter (19), and a cover part (31). In an attached state where the tubular part (11) is fit into the cover part (31), gaps functioning as gas passages (AR2 and AR3) are formed between a bottom portion (35) of the cover part (31) and the gas permeable filter (19) and between a side wall portion (39) of the cover part (31) and a body portion (17) of the tubular part (11). The opening area (S2) of a filter-end opening (15) with respect to an in-plane direction (WL) perpendicular to the thickness direction of the gas permeable filter (19) is larger than the opening area (S1) of a connection-end opening (13) with respect to the in-plane direction (WL).
