  • Publication number: 20120097381
Abstract: [Task] To improve the cooling efficiency of a heat sink without increasing the size of the heat sink. [Means for solution] A heat sink 1 includes a plurality of coolant passage 2, 3, and a connecting passage 4 connecting the coolant passages 2, 3 nonlinearly. A height of a fluid passage of the connecting passage 4 on an inflow side to which the coolant flows in is made greater than a height of the coolant passage 2 connected with the fluid passage on the inflow side. On the other hand, the height of the fluid passage of the connecting passage 4 is decreased to an end portion of the connecting passage 4 on an outflow side from which a cooling water flows out. In increasing the height of the fluid passage of the connecting passage 4 on the inflow side to which the cooling water flows in, gradually, the height of the connecting passage 4 is increased so as to equalize the height of a widthwise direction of the fluid passage of the coolant passage 2.

  • Publication number: 20100225545
Abstract: A dielectric substrate having a radiation electrode 3 and a feed electrode 4 formed thereon is formed such that a plurality of insulator layers 7a to 7e are stacked and combined. An open end 3K of the radiation electrode 3 and a capacitive coupling end 4Y of the feed electrode 4 are formed on a surface of the same insulator layer of the dielectric substrate 2. A floating electrode 5 is formed on a surface of an insulator layer on which the open end 3K of the radiation electrode 3 and the capacitive coupling end 4Y of the feed electrode 4 are not formed. The floating electrode 5 is arranged to commonly face both the open end 3K of the radiation electrode 3 and the capacitive coupling end 4Y of the feed electrode 4 in the stacking direction of the insulator layers 7a to 7e.

  • Patent number: 7351342
Abstract: An aqueous solution containing a fluorine-containing emulsifier in a low concentration of at least 1 ppm by mass and at most 1% by mass (e.g., coagulation waste water after an emulsion polymerization of a fluoropolymer and/or an aqueous solution obtained by washing with an aqueous solution a waste gas from a drying process and/or a heat treating process of the fluoropolymer) is subjected to vacuum concentration under a pressure of at most 100 kPa and a temperature of the aqueous solution of at most 100° C. by means of a heating tube surface evaporation type concentrator equipped with a heat pump or the like, and the fluorine-containing emulsifier is recovered from a highly concentrated aqueous solution containing the fluorine-containing emulsifier in a higher concentration of at least 5% by mass. According to the present method, the fluorine-containing emulsifier can be recovered with a high yield from a low-concentration liquid such as coagulation waste water of a fluoropolymer.

  • Publication number: 20030130758
Abstract: A system for supporting an overall product design process including design of machining processes. Machined portion models, each including solid shape and/or machining attribute data of a machined portion defined in the machined portion model, are prepared on a machining operation basis and stored in a library. The library is provided as a standard machined portion library. A design engineer designates the machined portion models to be applied to a product model, which is a solid model displayed on a CAD apparatus, and specifies application positions and application directions thereof. Based on this designation, the CAD apparatus finds a product model representing a product shape formed after the machining operations, each corresponding to the selected machined portion models are completed. By sequentially applying the machined portion models to a blank material model of a blank material of the product, the product model is generated.

  • Publication number: 20030114945
Abstract: A system which facilitates generation of a drawing for machining instruction is provided. Unit process model information concerning a unit process model which can be machined using a single tool is used to define a product model. The unit process model information includes information concerning the shape and machining property of a machined portion. A combination of the unit process model information and disposition information for a machined portion constitutes machining step information indicating a single machining operation. When machining information formed by providing the machining step information according to an actual machining sequence is combined with a blank material model which is the subject of the machining, a product model including the final product shape and machining information can be obtained.

  • Patent number: 4051652
Abstract: Method for packaging in a carton full size yarn packages by a yarn producing machine provided with a plurality of yarn package producing units. A predetermined number of full size yarn packages are firstly doffed from the corresponding spindles of the yarn producing machine at once by means of the bobbins chucks which are displaceable as one group, and each doffed yarn package is wrapped separately by a film bag while holding by the corresponding bobbin chuck. Next the yarn packages wrapped with the corresponding film bags are deposited at once into a space of a carton by displacing the bobbin chucks, and after releasing the gripping of the yarn packages by the respective bobbin chucks, these bobbin chucks are displaced to their standby positions.
