  • Patent number: 9460477
Abstract: An information processing apparatus includes the following elements. A selector selects, as a first item, an item disposed within a QFD chart. A first calculator calculates a correlation score between the first item and an item associated with an adjacent axis. A first extracting unit compares the correlation score with a predetermined value and extracts a second item related to the first item. A second calculator calculates a correlation score between the second item and an item associated with an adjacent axis and determines the calculated correlation score between the item associated with the adjacent axis and the first item. A second extracting unit compares the correlation score with a predetermined value and extracts a third item related to the first item. A display unit displays the first item, the second item, and the third item in a mode different from a mode of the other items.

  • Publication number: 20140152668
Abstract: An information processing apparatus includes the following elements. A first receiver receives a first QFD chart having axes, items formed in a hierarchical structure being appended to each axis. A second receiver receives a second QFD chart different from the first QFD chart. An integrating unit integrates the first and second QFD charts into a third QFD chart. Concerning axes of the first and second QFD charts having the same axis name, if part of an item name in a highest hierarchical level of items on the axis of the first QFD chart coincides with that of the second QFD chart and if remaining parts do not coincide with each other, the integrating unit sets the consistent parts as an item name in a highest level of the third QFD chart and sets the inconsistent parts as item names in a second highest level of the third QFD chart.

  • Publication number: 20140156690
Abstract: An information processing apparatus includes the following elements. A first selector selects, through a selecting operation performed by an operator, an item disposed within a QFD chart, the QFD chart having at least three axes, an item being associated with each of the axes, a name being appended to each of the axes, and a name being appended to each of the items. A second selector selects, through a selecting operation performed by the operator, information related to the item selected by the first selector. An appending unit appends a name of an axis corresponding to the item selected by the first selector and a name of the item to the information selected by the second selector.

  • Publication number: 20140156338
Abstract: An information processing apparatus includes the following elements. An axis-name setting unit sets names of first through fourth axes. An item forming unit forms an item associated with an axis for which a name is set by the axis-name setting unit. A display displays a QFD chart used for developing a product, in which the names of the first through fourth axes are deployed in a region divided into top, bottom, right, and left sections from a center of the QFD chart, the items associated with the first through fourth axes are deployed in directions extending upward, downward, rightward, and leftward from the center, and matrices into which relationships between items are input are deployed at least between the first axis and the second axis, between the second axis and the third axis, and between the third axis and the fourth axis.

  • Patent number: 6322945
Abstract: A process for producing an electrophotographic photoreceptor including a step of coating a light-sensitive layer on an electroconductive base, a step of removing part or all of oxidants present from an air atmosphere by an oxidants removing unit, a step of dealing with a coating solution for forming the light-sensitive layer in the air atmosphere from which concentration of oxidants is suppressed by the step of removing part or all of oxidants present, and a step of suppressing variation in the concentration of oxidants in the air atmosphere, wherein the step of dealing with the coating solution for the light-sensitive layer includes at least one of the steps of preparing the coating solution for forming the light-sensitive layer, applying the light-sensitive layer and drying an applied coating.
