  • Patent number: 11654839
Abstract: An instrument panel unit (2) includes an instrument panel (3) and a decorative sheet (4). The instrument panel (3) includes a sticking portion (3a) and an exposed portion (3b). A plurality of insertion grooves 3c and insertion holes 3d are formed alternately at an end on a rear side of the sticking portion (3a), into which bent pieces (4a) formed at a rear end of the decorative sheet (4) are inserted. A groove front-surface (3g) forming the insertion groove (3c) of the instrument panel (3) is formed in a tapered shape such that a width between the groove front-surface and an opposing groove rear-surface (3h) gradually increases upwardly. The bent piece (4a) is formed to be thinner than the groove width at the upper part serving as the entrance part of the insertion groove (3c) and to be thicker than the groove width of a groove bottom-surface (3i).

  • Patent number: 11174579
Abstract: This single chain stitch sewing device is provided with a sewing mechanism provided on a front end arm of a delivery robot. The sewing mechanism comprises a sewing motor for supplying power to sewing needles and loopers. When the sewing motor is energized, power is transmitted to the sewing needles via a first power transmission mechanism, this causing the sewing needles to move reciprocally. At the same time, power is transmitted to the loopers via a second power transmission mechanism to rotate the loopers. Accordingly, sewing is performed. The loopers are provided at an end of a post bed on the side closer to the sewing needles.

  • Patent number: 6056531
Abstract: A vacuum forming apparatus has a first mold and a second mold, the first mold including a forming surface. The first mold has a hollow space defined therein and communicating with the forming surface through holes defined in the first mold. The hollow space is connected to a vacuum pump for developing a vacuum in the hollow space to attract a sheet against the forming surface through the holes. The second mold has a presser including a cylinder which displaces a cutter having a serrated trimming blade of the second mold. The presser has an upper groove which accommodates teeth of the serrated trimming blade. The first mold has a lower groove for receiving the teeth of the serrated trimming blade when it is displaced downwardly by the cylinder.
