Publication number: 20090277004Abstract: It identifies the on-substrate arrangement position information of the transfer products which are fabricated on the same substrate without increasing the fabrication processes. The process of repeatedly exposing a plurality of transfer product patterns which are depicted on a sheet of photo mask are repeatedly exposed on a substrate S times, and in at least two exposure processes among the S times exposure processes, photo masks on which different identification patterns are depicted for each of the plural transfer product patterns are employed to carry out the exposure processes repeatedly, and the number of transfer product patterns which are transferred at one time are differentiated between a process in the at least two exposure processes and the other processes.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 6, 2006Publication date: November 12, 2009Applicant: PANASONIC CORPORATIONInventors: Satoru Kotani, Keisuke Tanaka

Publication number: 20070188022Abstract: An input device enables a user to operate an electronic apparatus in an optimum position for the user. For this purpose, the input device of the present invention includes: a display unit in which images are displayed; an input detection unit that is disposed to be movable back and forth in front of the display unit and optically detects an operation position indicated for an operation screen displayed in the display unit; a control unit that outputs a control signal corresponding to the detected operation position; and an electric driving unit that moves the input detection unit back and forth. By changing the position of the input detection unit to an operation position suitable to a driver, the driver can operate the electronic apparatus in an optimum position for the driver.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 31, 2004Publication date: August 16, 2007Inventors: Toshiyuki Itabashi, Morio Iwasaki, Satoru Kotani, Hiroshi Akahiro, Noboru Nomura, Manabu Ono

Patent number: 7036936Abstract: In a display system, a projector is mounted inside a vehicle, and emits a light beam, which is generated based on an image signal, toward an opening formed at a portion near a rear end of the vehicle. An exterior screen is extendable toward the opening and is made of a material having low stiffness. While being extended toward the opening, the exterior screen displays an image by allowing the light beam emitted by the projector to pass therethrough. A screen housing unit is mounted on or near one of a rear hatch and a back door of the vehicle for accommodating the exterior screen.Type: GrantFiled: March 30, 2004Date of Patent: May 2, 2006Assignee: Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Toshikazu Hattori, Takashi Kuwabara, Susumu Ibaraki, Toshiyuki Itabashi, Morio Iwasaki, Satoru Kotani, Toshiaki Mori, Tomoo Hori

Patent number: 7009617Abstract: An on-screen display device that can effectively utilize a video RAM area. This on-screen display device includes a video RAM that holds character data of desired characters that are to be displayed; a display character setting unit for locating the number of bits as many as the remainder that is obtained by dividing character data corresponding to one character by the number of bits that can be read at one-time access from the video RAM, collectively by one line in the video RAM; buffers for storing a part of character data of the respective characters; a character generator ROM for outputting font data corresponding to the character codes; and a display control unit for reading character data from the video RAM via the buffers at the display of the characters, and reading the font data that are created by the character generator ROM, thereby outputting an on-screen output signal.Type: GrantFiled: April 1, 2004Date of Patent: March 7, 2006Assignee: Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Satoru Kotani, Toshihiko Maruoka, Keisuke Tanaka
