  • Publication number: 20240134605
Abstract: A semiconductor device with a novel structure is provided. The semiconductor device includes a cell array performing a product-sum operation of a first layer and a product-sum operation of a second layer in an artificial neural network, a first circuit from which first data is input to the cell array, and a second circuit to which second data is output from the cell array. The cell array includes a plurality of cells. The cell array includes a first region and a second region. In a first period, the first region is supplied with the t-th (t is a natural number greater than or equal to 2) first data from the first circuit and outputs the t-th second data according to the product-sum operation of the first layer to the second circuit. In the first period, the second region is supplied with the (t+1)-th first data from the first circuit and outputs the (t+1)-th second data according to the product-sum operation of the second layer to the first circuit.

  • Publication number: 20230268997
Abstract: An optical transmission module, an optical data link, and an optical transmission system achieving a simplified matching circuit and a bias circuit with higher power efficiency. An optical transmission module including a first line, one end of which is connected to a high-frequency signal input unit and the other end of which is connected to a termination unit; a second line, one end of which is connected to an electrical-optical conversion unit and the other end of which is connected to a power supply connection unit of a DC power supply; and a coupling portion at which the first line is electromagnetically coupled to the second line. In the second line, a signal input from the high-frequency signal input unit is propagated only to the electrical-optical conversion unit due to an attenuation relationship between coupling characteristics and isolation characteristics of the first line and the second line.

  • Publication number: 20090100677
Abstract: An imprinting method which is capable of forming desired concave/convex patterns on opposite surfaces of a substrate with high accuracy while making it possible to easily peel both stampers off the substrate after completion of a pressing process. As one stamper formed with one concave/convex pattern and the other stamper formed with the other concave/convex pattern for transferring the respective patterns to opposite surfaces of a substrate, there used are one stamper and the other stamper which have similar shapes in plan view and plane areas larger than that of the substrate. The one and the other stampers are pressed against opposite surfaces of the substrate, respectively, such that at least part of an outer periphery of one of the two stampers does not overlap the other in a direction of a thickness of the substrate.
