  • Patent number: 10158268
Abstract: Insulator that forms an insulating layer on a surface of a plurality of stacked stator cores includes protruding part extending from an outer circumference of stator cores on a substantially same face as one end face of stator cores in a stacking direction. Protruding part includes hooks that fixedly holds connector having a plurality of connector terminals for feeding power from outside. Connector is fixedly held by hooks, winding is wound around each slot of stator cores via insulator, and connector terminals are fixedly press-fitted to connector. A tip of each of connector terminals on a side of winding is bent into a substantially L-shape, winding end in each phase of winding is directly tied to L-shaped tip of connector terminal and connected thereto by soldering.

  • Patent number: 8353775
Abstract: A wheel support apparatus including a hub wheel which includes a hub shaft and is to mount a wheel thereon, a first side surface spline being formed on an end surface of the hub shaft, and a constant velocity joint which includes an outer ring connected to the hub shaft in a torque-transmitting manner, a second side surface spline meshed with the first side surface spline being formed on an end surface of a side wall portion of the outer ring abutting against the end surface of the hub shaft. Each of the first and second side surface splines includes a number of spline teeth and bottom lands defined between the spline teeth. The tooth tops of the spline teeth of one of the two side splines and the bottom lands of the other side spline are formed into a tapering surface inclined relative to a plane perpendicular to a center axis of the hub shaft. The tapering tooth tops contact the corresponding tapering bottom lands so that the hub shaft and the outer ring can be aligned with each other.

  • Patent number: 8052332
Abstract: In a wheel bearing assembly, an outer surface of a head portion of a link bolt contacts an inner surface of an end wall portion of a constant-velocity joint outer ring. A shaft portion of a link bolt is press-fit into a penetration hole of the constant-velocity joint outer ring. An external threaded portion of the link bolt is inserted into the central hole of a hub spindle so that the external threaded portion protrudes from an outer end surface of a hub wheel. A lock nut is fastened to the external threaded portion, so that the wheel hub and the constant-velocity joint outer ring are linked, and the first spline and the second spline are meshed so as to be capable of torque transmission.

  • Publication number: 20080219607
Abstract: A resin wound component is configured such that a ring-shaped resin portion is integrally formed with an outer circumference of a ring-shaped metal member by a film gate. The resin portion includes a ring-shaped surrounding portion for surrounding axial end surfaces of outer circumferential edges of the ring-shaped metal member. At this time, the thickness of a ring-shaped surrounding portion on the gate side is configured to be larger than that of a ring-shaped surrounding portion on an opposite side to the gate.

  • Publication number: 20070154124
Abstract: In a rolling bearing for a supercharger in which grease is enclosed in an annular space, and a non-contact sealing member for forming a gap with an inner ring is disposed in a locking groove disposed in an axial end portion of an outer ring, a locking portion of the sealing member on the side of the outer ring is covered with rubber, and the length of an opposed face of an inner-ring side end portion which is opposed to the inner ring across the gap is 0.8 mm or more in a section view which is in parallel to the axis. Alternatively, an area of the inner ring on an outer circumferential face which is opposed to an inner-ring side end face of the sealing member is formed to have a tapered shape in which the diameter is more increased as advancing from an axial end portion side to a middle side. According to these configurations, leakage of grease in the use under high-speed rotation can be prevented from occurring, and the life period of the rolling bearing is improved.
