  • Publication number: 20120263564
Abstract: It is intended to provide a transferring apparatus for a heavy object cassette as well as a transferring method for the heavy object cassette, which is mainly operable mechanically without using hydraulic pressure, by which it is easy to load the heavy object cassette and an operation speed is improved. The transferring apparatus is provided with a heavy object cassette which is a heavy object contained in a cassette integrally, a common steel plate 15 to which support rods 6a, 6c are fixed, the support rods being inserted in holes 4a formed horizontally in the heavy object cassette 4, and a play mechanism 51 which allows adjustment of a relative position between the holes 4a and the support rods 6a, 6c by adjusting a position of the common steel plate 15, a base unit 7 having thereon the play mechanism 51 and a lifting and lowering device 5, and a slide mechanism 72 which supports the base unit 7 movable forward and backward relative to a main body 71 of the transferring apparatus.

  • Publication number: 20120211476
Abstract: Provided is a cutting apparatus for fiber-reinforced plastics that reduces an increase in processing cost and also reduces a decrease in the quality of a cut surface. The cutting apparatus includes a laser emitter (10) for emitting pulsed laser light for irradiation of a fiber-reinforced plastic (2) to be cut and a cutting head (30) for outputting the laser light emitted from the laser emitter (10) toward the fiber-reinforced plastic (2), the laser light has a pulse width of no less than 1 fs and no more than 999 ps, and the moving speed of the cutting head (30) relative to the fiber-reinforced plastic (2) is about 1.5 m/min or more.

  • Publication number: 20120147175
Abstract: A method for producing composite material components is provided with a process of laminating fiber-reinforced plastic tape. The method includes, at a plurality of sites from an attachment starting site to an attachment ending site of a first fiber-reinforced plastic tape, determining an attachment state of the first fiber-reinforced plastic tape during lamination of the fiber-reinforced plastic tape. The lamination is stopped when it is determined that the first fiber-reinforced plastic tape overlaps with a second fiber-reinforced plastic tape at a first site of the plurality of sites and that a gap exists between the first fiber-reinforced plastic tape and the second fiber-reinforced plastic tape at a second site of the plurality of sites. And, the lamination is continued when it is determined that the first fiber-reinforced plastic tape overlaps with the second fiber-reinforced plastic tape at all of the plurality of sites.

  • Publication number: 20120120228
Abstract: An inspection method includes photographing an image by a camera mounted on a lamination head during a first fiber-reinforced plastic tape is attached by the lamination head while the lamination head moves, and calculating a gap amount between the first fiber-reinforced plastic tape and a second fiber-reinforced plastic tape on the basis of a first component of translational displacement in an optical axis direction of the camera which is a translational displacement of the lamination head during attachment of the first fiber-reinforced plastic tape, an in-plane second component of translational displacement which is perpendicular to the optical axis direction of the translational displacement, and the image.
